PASCO, Wash. -- Veterans were honored here locally at CBC with the unveiling of a new Veterans' Monument in the middle of campus.

Scores of Vets and their families came to the dedication. This is the first Veterans' Day with the monument. It was built over the summer and donated by the ASB.

Veterans who were there say they felt honored.

"It's impressive that they organized this and produced this memorial out here at CBC. It's very impressive, I'm honored to even be here and participate in this today," says Retired Veteran Captain George Stotz.
The monument was constructed by Jesse's Lawn Maintenance out of Kennewick.

It was dedicated by several retired and active-duty veterans.
