Trios Health offers free health screenings
KENNEWICK, Wash. -- If you're without insurance or considered under-insured, you'll want to take advantage of a free opportunity to get a health screening. Trios Health is offering its free 'Heart Smart' screenings.

You can call to make an appointment starting Wednesday. These fill up very quickly, so you'll want to make a note to call right away, starting at 8 a.m.

There are 130 slots and they're expected to be gone quickly. Each visit will be ten minutes and will encompass a lot of crucial health information.

"Glucose and blood sugar readings, blood pressure, cholesterol, and body mass index, those are all things that can indicate that a person either has a heart condition going on or is at risk of developing one, so in a ten minute appointment, you can find out a lot of important health information," said Trios Health Marketing Communications Manager, Ali Madison.

The phone number to call is 509-585-5314. If you call and get voice mail, leave a message. This will still count towards being one of the first 130 people who call and qualify.

You will be able to make an appointment for either February 14th or February 15th. The 14th will be at Southridge Sports Complex. The 15th will be at Trios Care Center in Keene Plaza. Both will be from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
