Sheriff candidate scrambles to add "for" to campaign signs
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- A small oversight on a campaign sign left a Franklin County Sheriff candidate scrambling to fix the mistake.

Pasco Captain Jim Raymond has posted signs announcing his candidacy. A Franklin County Undersheriff filed a complaint with the Public Disclosure Commission that the signs didn't meet standards. They need to include the word "for" or "elect" somewhere on them. Raymond's campaign promised they will all be in compliance within 24 hours. Raymond is running against longtime Franklin County Sheriff, Richard Lathim.
