RICHLAND, Wash. - It will still be a few months until projects get underway and the checks are cut.

Still, board members are moving ahead with finding a project manager and contractor.

At the top of the to do list, replace the HVAC system at Chief Joe Middle School and repair Fran Rish Stadium.

The district says you'll be able to easily keep tabs on the progress.

Communications Director for the Richland School District said, "We're going to make sure we keep them informed and will make it easy for them to check the website for the timelines."

Groundbreaking on the $98 million dollar district overhaul is expected once school gets out for summer.
