BENTON COUNTY, Wash. -- No verdict came Friday in a first-degree murder trial.

The jury received the case against Josh Hunt but went home for the weekend without coming to a decision.

Attorneys presented closing arguments this morning, a day after Josh Hunt took the stand in his own defense.

The state says Hunt and another man planned to murder Hunt's friend Josh Snapp. The defense argues Hunt was not in a clear head when he killed Snapp.

The jury will resume deliberations Monday.
