WASHINGTON - The state decided bouncy houses are much too dangerous for kids.

They're no longer allowed at day camps and child care programs.

Too many injuries are to blame. Trampolines are also banned.

Groups and day care providers can no longer take kids in their care to sites with bouncy houses or trampolines.

They will no longer be permitted at carnivals or fairs.

The Department of Early Learning made the decision.

KEPR reached out to local party rental company. They told us they still have a steady customer base.
