Jury deliberating Tashia Stuart's fate

Jury deliberating Tashia Stuart's fate
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. - Jurors now have the case of a Pasco woman who shot and killed her mother.

Tashia Stuart says it was self-defense.

The state charged her with premeditated murder.

Jurors were given three options for a conviction -- including two lesser charges.

Either second degree murder or second degree manslaughter are also on the table.

A mix-up with jury instructions led to delays before the case was handed over for deliberations.
