Hung jury for man accused of videotaping young girls
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - A Prosser man will be re-tried on a felony sex crime after a jury couldn't agree on a verdict.

The judge declared a mistrial late Wednesday in the case against Kelly Ledgerwood.

He faces aggravated voyeurism charges.

Benton County will put him on trial again in June with a new window into Ledgerwood's defense strategy.

He admits setting up a video camera in his daughter's bedroom but denies he was trying to tape half-naked teens.
