Troopers arrest hit-and-run suspect
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- State Troopers arrested Charles Bailey Tuesday morning in connection with a hit-and-run accident.

Troopers say Bailey tried to pass two semis on Highway 17 in a no passing zone north of Mesa.

Bailey then hit another car with two kids inside and ran off, leaving his truck behind.

Bailey was booked into the Franklin County Jail where his arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 PM.

According to State Patrol, he will likely be charged with three counts of vehicular assault and felony hit and run along with other criminal violations.

The Investigation is ongoing.

No updates on the injuries of the people in the car that was hit.
