Headed to the Super Bowl? It's going to cost you
TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- If you're not lucky enough to win, it's not going to be cheap to get you to New Jersey. Most local travel agents didn't want to go on camera for the story because they worried it would make their business look bad since the costs are so high!

The head of the local Travel Leaders agreed to run down the costs for a trip. Julie Harrington says your best bet is to buy a group deal that includes airfare, hotel and game tickets. Airfare alone could be $750.

"A hotel package with admission to the game and a VIP event or something of that nature, you can expect that to run about $4,500 per person and that's not including the airfare," said CEO of Travel Leaders, Julie Harrington.

She also suggests booking with a travel agent versus trying on your own since agents know the legit vendors and can weed through the scams.
