Former Hanford High teacher back in court
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - The former Hanford High teacher who pled guilty to 3rd degree rape was also back in front of a judge.

Rachinski was facing a year in jail for not registering for his offender rehab classes.

He will be moving out of the area and will be completing the terms of his release in his new location.

During his last hearing..Rachinski switched lawyers..telling the court he wanted to withdraw his plea.

No word today on if he will move forward with going to trial.
