KENNEWICK, Wash. -- KEPR is also continuing to follow the torching of a Habitat for Humanity home.

The new house was almost finished when someone set it on fire. Now, a family has just moved in. A six-month delay was expected to rebuild the home near Amistad. But it took just about four-months. Neighbors told police they saw teenagers leaving the house right before the fire. But no arrests were made.
