Donated headstone placed on un-marked grave
KENNEWICK -- Diane Trenidad came up with the idea while walking through a cemetery.

She decided every person who dies shouldn't be laid to rest without the honor of their name above.

Diane used profits from her Kennewick thrift store, "Shop and Drop" to buy the headstone.

The grave belongs to Abe Montelongo. His brother Albert is thankful for the donation from Diane.

"She just stepped out in faith and bough the stone and we really appreciate her and stuff. So we've been trying to support what she's been doing over there and hopefully other people can get blessed by it," he says.

The thrift shop owner hopes to keep providing more headstones for the unmarked graves in our community.
