PENDLETON, Oregon - Investigators still can't confirm what started the fire in July.
Dozens had to find a new place to live. Most lost everything.
The property owners, manager and apartment complexes near by all made sure everyone had a place to go.
Apartment manager, Teri Prock said, "People look at Pendleton as this little hick town that, you know, has not much to offer but this community and this county came through in a big way."
Crews demolished the burned out buildings. The new buildings should be ready some time early next spring.
