FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. - Joseph Hart will remain in a psychiatric hospital for now.
He's accused of killing 53-year old Rodger Lincoln at their mobile home back in March. Hart still isn't considered fit for trial.
Attorneys will reassess in a few months.
