BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - Today -- the nanny accused of killing little Ryder Morrison was in court.
The defense is still reluctant to set a firm pretrial date. Attorneys on both sides argued about evidence -- witness lists -- and a third-party computer said to be crucial to Kelli Jacobsen's defense.
She'll go back to court again next month.
Prosecutors say Jacobsen is to blame for the blow to the head that killed Ryder a day after his first birthday.
