I was wondering what happened to a comment. It was by Lucky who asked about the man who stole money from Franklin County, who hired him, was there a background check, etc. , because he had been in prison and then had access to a lot of money. Will the people who hired him be held accountable in any way?

Anonymous... Need help on how to pursue this, I have no direct involvement in this issue, but I know there are some women out there that are scared of a certain police officer in Richland Washington, this Richland police officer is ED Garcia, he use his charm on women and then he flashes his money, invites the women to his home, takes them out to dinner, then he pushes sex upon them, in this particular situation, he came over to a female place, started being a little over friendly, this female said she wasn't interested in him that way, he started kissing on her and because she was scared, she was affraid to resist, she ended up having unwanted sex with him as he had her arms pinned down, she just laid there and did not struggle, when he was done, he left her place. He was off duty, when this happen. I know of more women who have had similar situations with officer ed garcia. You don't have to be affraid.. what he did I wrong and what he is still doing is wrong. As a police officer, your suppose to protect and serve, not forcefullly rape or have unwanted sex, I can tell you also these women have been to his house in Pasco, he has a corvette, I think maybe even two, his house is really nice. Please don't let this one woman face the fear alone. Like I said, I am not involved, but I am a voice to help women.

Love the inserts with Terry , Mike and finally seen Morgan for the Super Bowl.  Morgan does not get enough air time.  We see weather constantly and very little of Morgan and sports.  And he wasn't even in the Super Bowl snacks the other three shared.   WHY?   Terry seems like the only one that acknowledges Morgan and thats slim. 

KEPR has too LOUD volume on TV commercials ...they should turn it DOWN in consideration of their viewers!!!!

on Dec 13, KEPR sation will have to abide by FCC law and LOWER the volume on your advertisements which you have been in abusing! Do you intend to comply?

I was watching the news this morning before work and was caught off guard a little when I found out that they

were going to be working on the Keene Rd overpasses. Now if my memory serves me correctly these are both

new or newly remodeled bridges, so the question is this, why do they need work already? I would think they should have fixed them properly the first time rather than spend more money to do it the second time.

I am writing too you as a very frustrated parent. My Daughter Shelby Blasdel goes to Mcloughlin middle school. For the past couple of weeks I have been battling with the transportation office to get my daughter a bus stop. My address is 2320 rd 68. This is 2 miles from Mcloughlin and either way my daughter walks home she has to walk on road 68. I was told that she will not get a bus stop because she has a safe walking route. This is a huge safety concern to me. Being  told by the transportation office that road 68 is designated a safe walking route is crazy to me. Road 68 has no sidewalks and has a speed limit of 45mph. Randy Nunamaker said that road 68 has enough room for walking-was winter coming considered? When road 68 is plowed for snow and ice in the winter where is she supposed to walk. My son currently has to walk to road 72 for his bus stop and it is a growing concern for me. I have to have a relative drive him to his stop every day because they have an elementary student walking on road 68.  I want this corrected. I am prepared to fight this out. I will contact who ever I need to until this issue is resolved. I would appreciate your help with this matter.

Whats the story on the robbery suspect being arrested 10/01/2012 about 8:30 am at the M&M motel in Connell. Franklin County sheriff and Connell city police were there.  Put the suspect in Sheriffs car parked behind Michael Jays restaurant.

Also saw the story about jury duty.  Benton County needs to make better use of the jurors who do show up. I reported at 8:00 this Monday was identified for a panel.  The intended case had to be postponed and I was released for the week by mid morning.  When people show up for jury duty they have made plans to be available for the full two weeks.  It makes more sense for us to return to the jury room to be available for other cases.  

Just watched story on the news about jury duty, what's up with franklin covnty?  I can't believe with all that money spent on the remodel they can't  spell county correctly!!!!!!
