RICHLAND, Wash. - Work on Stevens Drive in Richland will start Thursday.

The city is spending nearly $300,000 to repave the stretch from Catskill to Woodbury Street.

The project will remove and rebuild the northbound lane and parking area. The road will be closed to traffic until the end of July.

Only those who live there will be allowed to park and drive through the area.
