RICHLAND, Wash. - Richland believes it may have a final solution for keeping cars in their lanes on Columbia Point Drive as they turn in front of Winco.

New speed bumps have replaced the broken-off plastic dividers.

The intersection along George Washington Way tends to be one of the most dangerous spots in Richland. Dividers didn't stop drivers from drifting over.

This is the city's latest attempt to improve the safety of this area. Richland hopes to eventually realign the streets and split the intersection.
