Re-trial for accused child killer delayed
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - The trial for a Richland nanny accused of manslaughter has been pushed back until next year.

Kelli Jacobsen was back in front of a judge this morning.

The state is still waiting on experts to review medical records delaying her second trial even longer.

It was supposed to start in September, now she won't go on trial until January.

Her first case ended in a mistrial.

Ryder Morrison died one day after his first birthday back in 2011.
