Police arrest man at scene of drive-by shooting
KENNEWICK, Wash -- Kennewick Police made an arrest early Wednesday morning at the same location as a drive-by shooting Tuesday.

Officers were serving a warrant at a mobile home in the 2100 block of North Steptoe Street to arrest 32-year old Shelby Haddock.

Haddock refused to comply with officers' demands, armed himself with knives and a shotgun, and threatened to kill officers. There was a baby in the next room and officers used less lethal projectiles to take Haddock into custody.

He was booked into the Benton County jail.

Yesterday, someone drove by the same location and fired several bullets into a vehicle. No one was injured.
