PASCO, Wash. -- A Pasco man injured while celebrating the Seahawks' NFC championship win will no longer get care for his traumatic brain injury. Javier Gutierrez's insurance won't cover it.

The 42-year-old had been watching the game at a friend's house. Gutierrez was cheering as he walked to his car and somehow lost his footing on the curb and fell backwards. His family insists he wasn't drunk. It's chalked up to a terrible accident.

Gutierrez's family is unsure of the next step. You can still donate to an online account the family set up by clicking here.
