PASCO, Wash. - Pasco Housing Authority is working on its newest community.

The city received 5 million dollars from the state to help pay for the costs.

The 40 unit community on 4th and Pearl is designed to accommodate large families. A portion of the apartments will be available to low income residents.

The project should be finished by May of next year.
