More money for Walla Walla streets
WALLA WALLA, Wash. - Walla Walla scored more state money to continue to improve its streets.

This will keep road work going until next year.

Over half-a-million dollars will be used on two sections of Rose Street, filling in the cracks from Thirteenth to Second Avenues.

More work on Rose from the stretch from Palouse Street to Isaacs Avenue is also in the plans.

Another $200,000 will be spent on improvements further down Rose Street by the Blue Mountain Mall.

The mall was recently sold and ready for a make-over.
