PASCO, Wash. -- Operations are back to normal at Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco after a gas leak at the hospital Tuesday night.

Around 7:30 p.m., hospital staff became aware of a natural gas leak. The fire department and other agencies worked to ensure the safety of patients while dealing with the leak.

All areas of the facility have been cleared, and the hospital is currently running on diesel generators until final repairs to the gas lines can be made. Crews will remain on site until they are sure there are no hazards from the gas leak.
