Four arrested for attempted kidnapping
KENNEWICK, Wash -- Four suspects are now behind bars for attempted kidnapping and other suspected crimes after an assault in Kennewick Wednesday.

About 5 p.m., officers were sent to a house on the 1400 block of West 9th Place. They found a 27-year-old man who had been led into a garage by a female suspect, then punched and tied up by two men.

Unknowingly, one of the suspects dialed 911 on their phone, which led police to the location. The suspects were arrested, and the victim was treated for a laceration to the head.

Arrested were 29-year-old Robert D. Beck, 25-year-old Rachel E. Heintz, 19-year-old Jarad B. Mo and 48-year-old Scott E. Andrews.
