PASCO, Wash. -- The TRAC in Pasco brings visitors to town. Closing the facility is brought up frequently.

The site operates at a loss every year. Now an advisory board is meeting monthly on the issue.

A seven-year plan is in place to improve the look of the facility and replace aging equipment.

First, the board will work on ways to bring in new money. The center fell more than $100,000 short of projected revenues during the first quarter of the year.
