RICHLAND, Wash. - You gave Richland schools $98 million to find room for more students. The board may have a short-term solution that will last a long time.

A prefabricated modular building will be placed at the bottom of Carmichael Hill. It's a cheaper option than traditional construction and lasts just as long.

It's a tossup on who will move there: students from Homelink or River's Edge.

A decision will be made next week.
