Arraignment pushed back for murder suspect
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- Formal arraignment of a Pasco man accused of murder has been put on hold.

Guadalupe Montejano will stay in jail one more week before he enters a plea. His attorney asked for the delay due to scheduling problems.

Court papers say he beat and slit the throat of Tami Acevedo. Her body was found in a closet in the 47-year old suspect's apartment.
