BENTON COUNTY, Wash. -- A former nanny will go on trial nearly three years after the death of a Richland toddler.

Kelli Jacobsen is charged with manslaughter. She was already tried once for the death of Ryder Morrison.

He was killed a day after his first birthday. A hung jury resulted in a mistrial.

The second trial will be almost a year after the first.
